Our Commitment

We want you to be genuinely happy with every purchase from Grayson & Co. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery provided the item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's expense for change-of-mind returns. Once we receive and inspect the item, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping where applicable. Photos of the damage or fault help us resolve your claim faster.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Items that have been used or opened (except where faulty)
  • Perishable goods or items with hygiene seals that have been broken
  • Custom or personalised items

How to Start a Return

Contact us at our store with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Credit card refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
