How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 7–14 business days across Australia. Express options may be available at checkout depending on your location.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $50 AUD.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Products

Are your products genuinely natural?

Yes. Every product in our range is selected specifically because it's made from natural, plant-based, or mineral ingredients. We don't stock anything with synthetic fragrances, artificial dyes, or petroleum-based materials.

Are your products vegan?

Most are. The only exception is our Beeswax Food Wraps, which contain beeswax. All other products are 100% plant-based or mineral.

What if a product doesn't work for me?

Is your packaging plastic-free?

We work with suppliers who use minimal and recyclable packaging wherever possible. We're continuously improving this across our range.

How do I dispose of products at end of life?

Most of our products are biodegradable or compostable — the loofah, konjac sponge, bamboo cutlery, and dish sponges can all go in your compost bin. The Cork Yoga Mat can be returned to a natural rubber recycling programme.
